We have no baby yet. But something definitely feels different. She's moving lower when it already feels like she is about two inches from falling out. I'm wondering if I'm going to glance down at some point and see her waving at me!
Poor Miles has a horrible cough, so we stuck close to home this weekend, trying natural remedies at first and then hitting the horrible Pediacare when nothing else would allow him to sleep for the coughing. So it's probably not an ideal time for miss baby girlkins to be born yet, anyhow.
I'm up late in the studio, channeling aniticipation into some more little paintings. I'm having so much fun with this series. I've done most of them on wood instead of canvas, which is different for me. I like the smooth surface of the panels and the fact that I don't have to tighten canvas before I can start working. It's amazing what I'll do when I'm idly waiting to give birth as opposed to when I have all the time in the world!

Perhaps there will be baby news sooner than later. I am quite ready to meet my elvish daughter...
