I'm totally entangled in a mess of a tablecloth I've been sewing to go under my laptop on this very desk. All day I've been yearning to post and all night I've been measuring once and cutting a million times. Not being a seamstress, I've let myself off the hook for it. But it is painful to work on something that was exciting for about the first ten minutes and have it drag out for three nights in a row! I'm laughing and talking to myself as I go about it, so it's not all bad. There are podcasts to hear and small stuffs not to sweat.
I'll leave you with this little token of a picture of our cat Binzy, aka Mr. Lubbinstuff. Miles peeps up in the background one day last week as we made paintings on the grass. Two pencilnecks in the shade. When this chicanery of a sewing mess is cleaned up, perhaps I'll have a nice tablecloth to share and be able to get back to what I'm looking forward to doing, which is painting.
